sub_agent_id	uint64/null	否	恢复广告主时指定绑定的有效子代理；传 null 或不传时使用删除前绑定的子代理。恢复子代理时不传

广告主恢复后状态为 PENDING，并重新送审；删除前绑定的子代理已删除时，必须指定当前代理商名下有效的子代理。子代理恢复为删除前状态，不自动恢复广告主绑定关系。
